Nurturing & Empowering Transformative Processes Through Resurgence & Spiritual Growth
Living in the In-Between
"To stand entre mundos—between worlds—is not to be divided; it is to occupy a space of fierce creative and intellectual resurgence."
I live and work at the convergence of parallel realities: rooted in the Quechua ancestry of my father from the Andes of Bolivia, and the English-Irish lineage of my mother in New England. My life’s work and scholarship are sustained by a singular, vital inquiry:
How do we learn to live, think, and create in-between?
For over twenty years, I have walked the path of social justice education, working deeply within grassroots communities and navigating complex institutional systems. True transformation cannot be measured by corporate metrics or predetermined outcomes; it is found within the integrity of the process at the roots of what we do.
Creating Dynamic Spaces of Learning
I am dedicated to nurturing human potential and capacity through intentional, spirit-driven development. My work centers on helping others cultivate a profound sense of identity, discover the distinct rhythm of their own voice, and forge a life path aligned with their intrinsic beliefs. This guidance is not detached; it is a reciprocal practice. I expand the capacities of others by rigorously developing my own, committing to ever-deeper self-listening and an uncompromising alignment with my own calling.
“My aim is not to induce to action but, once again, to slow down reasoning and provoke the kind of thinking that would enable us to undo, or more accurately, unlearn, the single ontology of politics.”
- Marisol De La Cadena
Lineage, Disruption, and Truth
Born to a Quechua father from Bolivia and a New England mother, then raised in the Yucatán peninsula, I have always lived in-between. This crossing of cultures taught me that truth is never one-sided. My life has been a journey of transformation and deep truth-seeking — learning to listen to my own voice and uncover a third way forward.
The Structural Anchor: Limitless Learning Lab
While my public scholarship explores narrative, lineage, and collective healing, my strategic organizational work lives within The Limitless Learning Lab. Here, twenty years of grassroots experience and institutional insight converge to offer specialized educational program development, structural consulting, and transformative advisory services for institutions and organizations.
